Moocraft Rosettes - Terms & Conditions

Our rosettes are hand made to your specific design requirements. Therefore, to meet your deadline and to avoid disappointment:

We require at least 30 days notice for all orders.

This applies to both new and existing customers as we are now very busy throughout the year.
Due to our high workload we would not wish to turn customers away.

When placing an order all customers also need to be aware:

We always confirm all orders before starting work.

However you contact us, if we have not got back to you, you must assume we have not received your order, so give us a call.

Minimum order size fee - £10

This fee covers time taken to set up for any order. So, for example, one big special rosette costs at least £10.

Our rosettes are competitively priced and of a high quality. We achieve this by operating tight margins,
holding minimal stock, and due to our small size. In return we expect of all our customers:

Payment is due on receipt of goods. Please note, no VAT is payable.

If your club or society is unable to make prompt payment you must let us know when you place your order.

We cannot be held responsible for printing or colour errors unless we recieve clearly written confirmation.

This especially applies to spellings.

Customers must be aware colours do sometimes vary.

All items are subject to availability and price change without notice.

Moocraft Rosettes - Delivery, Postage and Packaging

Many of our customers pick up their rosettes from us direct, or have someone they know who is passing call in.
It may be possible for us to drop them off, as we are often travelling around the country going to events.
We are sometimes able to meet a customer somewhere convenient. However, sometimes we will need to post.

If we do need to post, we use parcel force, as we find their service the most reliable.
Posting a large number of rosettes will add to your costs due to the large size and number of boxes.

We do not offer free delivery.

We will charge you how much it costs.
We are careful when packing our rosettes but some settling of products may still occur.
